Win equipments is offering spares for compressors, Axil cooling fans, Expansion Valve, Hot Gas Bypass Valve, Pressure Switches and Refrigeration Gases.
The Axial Cooling Fan is provided to cool the compressed refrigerant to near about atmospheric temperature without drop in pressure. |
Rugged continuous duty fans are provided to supply forced air to the condenser. |
The expansion device used in WIN refrigerated equipments. It is a thermostatic expansion valve. The thermostatic expansion valve has an orifice to control the flow of the liquid refrigerant into the evaporator. A needle type plunger is modulating the rate of flow. |
The plunger is activated by a spring and the thermal bulb of the thermostatic expansion valve controls the spring force. |
A hot gas bypass valve is fitted in between the compressor discharge and the evaporator. Whenever the evaporator temperature drops below 5 °C because of partial load, the hot gas bypass valve opens and feeds the hot gas from the compressor outlet to the evaporator, there by increasing the evaporator temperature. |
Once the temperature reaches the maximum set point of the controller, the hot gas by pass valve closes. |
Danfoss KP pressure switches controller (KP1, KP5, KP35) regulate and monitor pressure in air, marine, water and heating applications. |
Because they play an important safety role in these applications, it’s crucial that the automatic or manual reset functions operate perfectly – so reliability and quality are paramount. |
WIN refrigerated compressor is fitted with a reliable and rugged hermetically sealed reciprocating type refrigeration compressor, (Danfoss, Copeland) which delivers optimum cooling capacity without much power consumption. |
Refrigerant gas is a chemical product used in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and heating, ventilating and air conditioning units (HVAC). These gases, which have very low evaporation points, are condensed under pressure to chill the air. |
Through a process of repeatedly evaporating and condensing the gasses, heat is pulled out of the air and the temperature inside the room or unit is reduced. Different types of refrigerant gases include chlorofluorocarbon (CFC), hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC), hydrofluorocarbon (HFC), perfluorocarbon (PFC), and blends made from ammonia and carbon dioxide. |
The refrigerant filter dryer is fitted in the refrigerant line after condenser to adsorb any moisture present with the refrigerant gas. |
